About the conference and Trondheim
The 16th Nordic Steel Construction Conference is jointly organized by the Norwegian Steel Association and NTNU (Norwegian University of Science and Technology. The conference venue is Clarion Hotel, right in the center of Trondheim. Trondheim is home to the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Norway’s largest university, with over 40,000 students who give the city a young and vibrant feel. The city is often referred to as “Norway’s technology capital”, driven by a strong environment of technology companies, start-ups and research in areas such as AI, marine technology and energy.
